Dream Ocean Bed Shipping & Delivery Policies
Mattresses and foundations are made to order and may take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive at your home. Complimentary white glove delivery is included with your purchase and will appear as $0 at checkout. All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Your mattress and/or hospitality-grade foundation will be transferred to our home delivery partner when manufacturing is complete, approximately 1 week after your order date. Once the items are transferred, the delivery company will contact you directly to schedule your delivery date. You can also expect a confirmation call about 24 hours prior to delivery. Please note that delivery scheduling is coordinated through our delivery partner based on routing and availability, so we are unable to arrange delivery appointments directly.
White glove delivery is included with your order to ensure that the mattress(es) and/or foundation(s) are conveniently delivered and set up in your bedroom and all packaging is removed. As part of our white glove delivery service, our delivery partner can also haul away your old mattress and/or foundation at no additional cost. Please note, old mattresses that smell or are soiled cannot be hauled away as they may contaminate new mattresses in the delivery truck. In the event the mattress cannot be hauled away, the delivery team will help move it outside or to a garage.
When your order is delivered, please check your products to ensure everything is correct and there are no damages before the delivery agent leaves. If you discover any damage or item discrepancy, please do not accept shipment of the item(s) in question. Please note the item(s) and the reason for refusal on the delivery documentation and return to the delivery agent (they do not have the right to make you accept incorrect or damaged items).
